Shipping policy

 

Your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible. We only ship within the UK and generally use a third party courier. Postage and packaging is currently FREE when you spend over £30.00. Under £30.00 a flat shipping rate of £3.95 applies. Free local delivery is available and will be determined by your postcode when entered. A minimum spend of £10.00 applies to qualify for Free Local Delivery. If your delivery is local and meets the correct postcode requirements, as well as minimum order requirements you will be offered the option of free local delivery when you checkout. Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately we currently do NOT offer worldwide shipping.

On average:

• UK customers - Orders should be with you within 1 - 5 working days after dispatch. 
• Free local delivery - Please allow 1-5 working days from placing your order. If necessary, we will contact you via text message to arrange/confirm a delivery day and time slot for convenience.
